For the next few weeks, you may notice a less attentive onbeer.org. Life circumstances have sent me to Halifax for a couple of months, where I will be mostly working my butt off on non-beer things. What that means for this space is that my posts will be a little less regular and you likely won’t see many of the longer analytical pieces. I have a couple of reviews partially written that I will get to in the next few days, plus I will try to keep you abreast of prairie beer news as it comes by me.
As for my regular columns, Vue, Planet S and Sherbrookeliquor.com will continue as usual, and I will try to post them here when I can. My CBC column is taking a break after this week (I pre-taped for tomorrow), and will return sometime in June.
And, if time permits, I may offer a few of my observations on the east coast beer scene. While beer will only be an occasional add-on while I am here, I am pretty confident I will still find myself from time to time with a freshly poured pint in front of me.
So, bear with me. As I say I will still be adding new posts, just not as regularly as usual. So keep coming by…

Have fun in Halifax 🙂
Look up Garrison brewery, they are doing some great beers these days. I just had some of their Imperial IPA that was very worthy, and Propeller is doing some interesting seasonals that never leave Halifax.
